The purpose of this organization includes, but is not limited to: establish and operate a comprehensive roadside air quality and traffic monitoring system using advanced sensor technologies, conduct data analysis and provide consulting services to support evolving environmental and urban planning initiatives, and pursue all other activities deemed necessary to achieve these objectives in compliance with applicable law.
